Health refers to complete social, physical and emotional wellbeing of an individual.These include physical health, emotional and psychological health and social health.For one to achieve all these there are various activities one has to adopt and these include 

1.Adopting healthy diet.Avoid taking fatty foods as well as junk foods as they can cause discomfort in digestion and some may lead to constipation.Alcohol consumption should be avoided to prevent infections resulting from liver cirrhosis.I cant forget smoking since it is also a problem to many, avoid smoking as it can lead to lung cancer.

2.Exercise -Regular exercise helps in maintaining cardiovascular activities, enhance digestion and increase the blood flow hence an increase in the red blood cells.Therefore, I would recommend people of all ages to exercise to gain the above mentioned benefits.

3.Sleep -It is always advised to sleep for seven to eight hours a day.If this is done,one will be able to function normally because sleep nourishes the brain .

4.Screen hours -Reducing the screen hours with our phones, laptops and computers will enhance our functioning ability.According to the research done by technologists in 2006, they suggested that one requires at most two hours in screen and in the internet daily.
