1. The Fight for Justice – A Struggle Under Attack

UHC medics—nurses, Clinical Officers, pharmaceutical technicians, lab scientists, nutritionists, and public health officers—have been fighting for fair pay, job security, and recognition. But despite their unity, the movement has been sabotaged by traitors, infiltrators, and outright thieves.

Just as the strike gains momentum, fake leaders emerge, spreading false hope, misdirecting funds, and delaying action. This is not by accident—it’s a calculated betrayal!

2. The Great Betrayal: When Nurses & Clinical Officers Were Left Stranded

Picture this: The stage was set, the medics were fired up, the march was about to begin… but the money was gone!

A self-proclaimed Secretary General and the former UHC Chairperson had collected huge sums of money, claiming it would fund banners, vuvuzelas, and a public address system.

But when it was time to pay, they vanished into thin air!

Nurses and Clinical Officers were left stranded, scrambling for last-minute contributions just to keep the protest alive.

3. “We Were Humiliated!” – A Nurse Speaks Out

One of the nurses who participated in the February 18th demonstrations shared their frustration:

"We had everything in place—the crowd was ready, the energy was high, and we were prepared to make our voices heard. But when it came time to pay for the public address system, the money we had been assured of was nowhere to be found! The so-called Secretary General stopped picking our calls. We were left standing there, embarrassed, like beggars, trying to collect money on the spot to pay for something that had already been planned for."

Another medic added:

"It was pure humiliation! We trusted them, we contributed in good faith, and they betrayed us. If it weren’t for some last-minute well-wishers, our demonstration would have been a disaster!"

4. The WhatsApp Meltdown: When Medics Called for “Alternative Justice”

As news of the betrayal spread, the UHC WhatsApp forum erupted in fury and disbelief. But amidst the anger, there were some hilarious comments from frustrated medics.

Some members joked about hiring a powerful witch from Ukambani to deal with the fake Secretary General in a way that "DCI could never match."

Others laughed, saying, “If the law won’t work, traditional justice will—this guy might wake up speaking in tongues or running in circles at Afya House!”

One medic quipped, “DCI will take too long. Let’s just send this guy to a certain old lady in Kitui. By tomorrow morning, he will be refunding our money with interest!”

While the comments were made in jest, they highlighted just how deep the betrayal ran—medics were so fed up that they were willing to explore both legal and supernatural means to get their money back!

5. Enough Is Enough – The DCI Is Coming for the Conmen!

Justice is on the way. Plans are already in motion to involve the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

If the fake Secretary General does not surrender the stolen UHC money, he will be arrested and charged.

This is no idle threat—investigations are underway, and the medics are determined to make an example out of him.

No more conmanship. No more betrayal. This time, the thieves will face the law!

6. The Role of Moles: Hired to Spread Fake Hope

Some individuals, planted by the Ministry, have been misleading medics with false promises of policy changes and salary adjustments.

Every time UHC medics unite, a conveniently timed circular appears, meant to buy time and weaken the movement.

Their goal? Keep UHC medics divided, confused, and waiting forever.

7. The Backdoor Recruits: Unqualified Yet Paid Equally

The Ministry of Health recently rushed people into a crash program for Community Health Assistants.

Shockingly, these recruits are now earning the same salaries as diploma-level nurses and public health officers—without proper training!

Who authorized this? Why are unqualified individuals being paid the same as trained medics?

It’s a well-planned strategy to dilute UHC professionals and weaken their collective bargaining power.

8. A New Leadership to End Deception

To eliminate conmanship and planned lies, UHC medics have decided to unite at the cadre level and nominate legitimate leaders per cadre.

These national leaders from each cadre will come together to elect a National Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Communication Strategist, and other key National Executive Committee (NEC) members.

This will end confusion, infiltration, and sabotage, ensuring that every cadre is represented fairly.

9. The Final Warning: No More Games!

The UHC movement will not be derailed again.

Every medic must stay alert—watch out for moles, fake leaders, and infiltrators.

If the stolen money is not returned, arrests will be made.

This time, the betrayers will not walk away. DCI is watching. UHC medics are watching. And justice is c

oming.
